Directions
Winter Street Ventures, healthcare incubator and accelerator, is located at 30 Winter Street,12th Floor, at Downtown Crossing in Boston. Winter Street is primarily a pedestrian walkway, so there is no parking outside our building. Wheelchair-accessible parking is available on Temple Place, and there is an accessible passage-way which connects Temple Place to Winter Street.
Public Transportation
Winter Street is located between the Park Street and Downtown Crossing “T” stations.
Park Street serves the red and green lines; Downtown Crossing serves the red and orange lines. From either station, exit to the street and go down Winter Street. 30 Winter Street is a half block from either station. 30 Winter Street is also easily accessible by the Washington Street silver line; exit the silver line at the Downtown Crossing/Temple Place bus stop, and go through the accessible passageway to connect with Winter Street.
If you do get off the train at Park Street Station, go up the stairs that say Tremont Street / Suffolk University. When you get to the street level you will see Winter Street (a pedestrian roadway paved with bricks). Proceed down Winter Street about 40 seconds and on your right you will see Santander Bank and TD Bank (take a right). Our entrance is actually on Winter Place (an alley of sorts). You will see the entrance to our building on your right – a banner saying #30 Winter Street.
Driving Directions
We recommend that you park in the Central Parking Theater District Garage, which offers reasonably priced parking convenient to our office (we can provide you with a $5 parking discount coupon). The entrance is on Boylston Street. Use the address 30 Winter Street, Boston, MA 02108 on your GPS.
